6.1 Service Providers

6.2 Regulatory Authorities

PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other competent Philippine government authorities, where disclosure is required by law, court order, or regulatory directive.

6.3 Game Providers

Licensed game software providers whose games are available on the jilpg Platform may receive limited technical data (such as player session identifiers) necessary to deliver their games. These providers are bound by data processing agreements consistent with the Data Privacy Act.

6.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of jilpg's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy.

jilpg retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with AMLA record-keeping requirements.
• KYC Documents: Retained for five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction, whichever is later.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction.

If jilpg becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the associated account, return any deposits (less amounts already wagered), and securely delete the personal data of the underage individual from our systems.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 21 has registered an account on jilpg, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the contact details in Section 14.

jilpg primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. In limited circumstances, personal data may be transferred to, or accessed from, servers or service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, where jilpg uses internationally hosted cloud infrastructure or game software providers based abroad.

Any cross-border transfer of personal data by jilpg is conducted in compliance with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the NPC's rules on cross-border data transfers. jilpg ensures that adequate safeguards are in place before transferring personal data outside the Philippines, including contractual clauses requiring the recipient to provide a level of data protection equivalent to that required under Philippine law.

jilpg reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, jilpg will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the jilpg Platform after the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
